Rossiya (Russian: ????????????; Russian transliteration: Rossiya) is an airline based in St Petersburg, Russia, resulting from the 2006 merger between St Petersburg-based Pulkovo Aviation Enterprise and Moscow-based Russia State Transport Company. The airline operates scheduled and charter services from St Petersburg and Moscow, as well as operating VIP flights on behalf of the Russian government, including the operation of aircraft for the President of Russia. Rossiya maintains two operational bases: one at Pulkovo Airport in St Petersburg, and one at Vnukovo Airport in Moscow.
